Visited this PAB wall this morning. They were just changing a lot of boxes with new parts. I went (and hoped) for 1x2 bricks with masonry profile and was not disappointed: they had them in white, medium nougat and light bluish grey. I also filled a box with 1x4 bricks with masonry profile in tan.
Well, I've been there again :-). And because I have recently been able to drive myself, I am no longer dependent on others to get to Wijnegem, which hopefully means I can get there faster again than in the past period.
If it were to take that long, you can view the updates of PAB walls in the area (such as that in Brussels) as an indication of which stones may be in Wijnegem. That wall is being updated much more often and quite a few parts correspond to the pab wall of Wijnegem.
And I think that quite a few parts are still the same compa red to the last posted photos from Wijnegem (so six months ago!). I actually thought that almost none of the parts that were in the wall in October would still be there now. But about 50% of the parts have remained the same.
Is there an update?
Svp een update van de pick a brick in Wijnegem
Hi Bernd, Can you update the pick a brick wall options? Thanks.
Someone has an update of the wall please ?
Paul and Frank: I'm sorry I didn't hear an answer until so late, but I don't get a notification when there's a new message here and that's certainly not possible, right? :-(
This time (yesterday) all the boxes were filled (unlike the previous times I was there, as can be seen by the many crosses). An employee said this is because Wijnegem's pab wall is refilled every Tuesday or Wednesday. And the previous times I went there on weekends.
Frank: I used the app 'sketch' for that, since it was already standard on my mobile phone. In that app you can set a grid background (top left on the white square). So I did it via my mobile and not via the computer.
And the second time I took 3 squares on 3 per block for a better resolution. (the difference between the overview of February 25 and that of November 13 can be seen, isn't it)
I don't know if you have Android, but I use the 'app' on this website: https://www.androidout.nl/item/android-apps/593463/sketch/download/
Hi Bernd, Can you update the pick a brick wall options? Thanks.
Hi Bernd, I have a question for you. I see you are using a nice grid to show what bricks are in the wall. Can you point me in the right direction on how to create one myself?
Unfortunately there were a lot of empty boxes. I was there before Friday though, so if Frank's story is correct, some cubes have probably been added by now.If you don't see a color well, and you want to know it, you can always ask.
